First thing I will apolage for the ruffness of this letter.  I don't mean to be nagatuve or " not work with you " on any ishes you have.  Many of your directives are not ignored and I try my best to do every thing you ask of me.
 
I. Calling the "Casrap" Service desk [note:  the author means "Cashwrap", the in-store terminology used for the front cash registers].  I have ben trying my best to corect this.  All staff is crecting me when I call it wrong   I explan befor why I call it the service desk.  When you have a gun put to head and are robed you will think twice about using any tearmes that could set your self up fore any other isdences.  This store gets alot of homles people and it makes me unconterble to use the world cash over the intercom.  But I will try harder to crect this.  
 
2.  The trade paper table- On my shifts I pull the ones and two copy off the table and try to keep it as fresh as posble.  Some of the titles on the table that are old are in one of three catergorys. 1) a rereles of an older book.  2) a movie or tv show that is coming out.  3) a popler book that keeps selling.  I will pull thoues books off the table  and make shure that only new ( with in 30 days) are on the table.
 
3.  The new release areas.  You like all the titles pushed to the left side and only having a space on the right.  I have ben cenering the titles on the shelfes so thear is not a lot blank space showing.  I was all ways tought to make shure asmuch of the shelf is as full as posable.  With the books pushed to the left side you have a big gap on the right and a blank space showing.  I will make shure this is corected to day 6-22-99.
 
Seckend.  Yester day I worked with Lucy in the greading cards.  We took down fatherdays and put up the cardes that that wear in the boxes behind the conter.  The cardes are not set up right, I know this, but I was trying to fill in the gaps on the ficther to make it lock full.  I did straten and restock some of the cards.  I will say again, I know it is not right, I locked for the planagram for the cards and could not find it.  If you would like me to work on this more please let me know and what you would like or precive it to lock like.
 
Third.  I fell you and I are not on the same progrom when coming to merchdising.  I have never had a problem with this in my past and I was all ways the one to be called in the districk when needed.  I belive in keeping every thing clean and simple.  I belive theare should be only face out of a book in the "New" bays as well as books should be sener on the shelves.  I belive tables should have titles that, 1. Are popler titles.  2. That people would never thing about bying.  And 3. cross reffsing deferent catagorsey.  I belive that fresh, hot and new titles need to be as promently place up frount.  Where cumesters can see them. I know [company name] have a diferent way of merchindising and a diferent system.  But I belive the look of a store in eather divishion should be the same.  Clean, Neet, Fresh, and New.  As I sead befor in the above.  I will crect this today 6-22-99.
 
Forth.  I feel, after reading your letter, that you have a problem with me.  I know that I'm a strong and agrasves person, and I lett things fester awhill befor I adress them.  I care about my comp. and wells as the stores I have work in.  I take controle of problems and sistawations and try to solve them as quick and as right as posable.
 
This leads me to the next part.  I let Sylvia know my conersons when coming over to this division.  And she reashired me that you would be the best Manger to further my cear wiht [company name].  At this point I cant see this happing.  I feff you dont have the time of the abality to train me.  I need a manger how can spend the time and a manger who injoys traing and proment.  I fell like I have ben put hear to fill a pishion and to slove a store problem, and I cant feall like that.  I have bening working with [company name] for 5 years and I fell my talents as well as my resorses are not being used.
 
So this leads me to the last part of this letter.  Could you ask Sylvia, for me, to be transfer to a nother store as soon as posably.  I fell this work out better for both of us.  You wont have to think I am ignore you or that you have a communication problem with me.  You will be able to merchd you store how you fell it should be with out felling thear is problems with me.  And I can go on and used this as a learing expres and work tordes my gole to having my own store,
