Let me head this one off right away: in the third panel, there's a pair of feet visible behind the APC the left-most metro cop is standing on. It's not G-Man; it's just another cop standing behind the vehicle. Didn't see he was there until roughly eight seconds ago. If there's someone else of significance in the background of this comic, well, that's something else entirely. |
